Brevant Apartments
Welcome to the website of Apartments Brevant, which is located directly in the village of Špičák
We offer accommodation for families with children and groups in the summer and winter seasons. You can stay with us in four apartments of the same size, 2 + kk (approx. 45 m2). Each apartment has 4 beds with the possibility of an extra bed.
In the vicinity of the apartments you will find the Špičák Ski/Bike area, the Pancíř cable car and the Alpalouka ski slope. The train station is approximately a 3-minute walk away, and there is also a bus stop nearby. You can see everything on the map in the Neighborhood and Activities section of the page. And last but not least, we have a free cycle bus and ski bus in winter.
Apartments
The apartments have a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an equipped kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, crockery, microwave…). In the living room there are two more full-size beds, bathroom with shower, toilet
FREE TV and WIFI.
The ski room is in the house, we have a lockable shed for bicycles, parking for one car per apartment is free in front of the house.
Arrival: from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. – later arrival by agreement.
Check-out: before 10:00 a.m. – later departure by agreement.
Accommodation price list
- When occupied by 3 to 4 people: CZK 1,800 per apartment
- When occupied by only 2 people: CZK 1,280 per apartment
- Christmas – New Year’s Eve:
- When occupied by 3 to 4 people: CZK 2,300 per apartment
- When occupied by only 2 people: CZK 1,600 per apartment
- Children under two years old free of charge without the right to a bed
- Extra bed possible (folding bed) CZK 200,00/day
- Dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement only: CZK 200,00/day
We require payment of a deposit of CZK 2,000, within 14 days of the order at the latest.
Deposits paid are non-refundable. The deposit can be transferred to an alternative date by agreement.
Price does not include fees for the Municipality of Železná Ruda for persons over 18 years of age CZK 30,00 /night.
The price includes consumption of electricity, water, heat, internet, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
Surroundings and activities
In the vicinity of approximately 200 m from our apartments, there is a cycle path that connects Železná Ruda with the ski area and continues to Germany.
Ski/Bike area Špičák is two minutes away from the apartments.

You can go on a hiking trail to Čertovo jezero (Devil’s Lake) and from there to Černé jezero (Black Lake). The „tourist step“ is about two hours there and two hours back on the same route.

The Alpalouka slope is 11 minutes away on foot or one minute by car. Alpalouka has a lift with an anchor and a children’s lift.
